Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new Template group
2. Create new Template and add it to new Template group (that was created in step 1)
3. Open this Template and try to add new group '/' (create it on-fly)
   
4. Click 'Update'

Result:
Error form is displayed, but there is no error message inside

Expected:
Inline validation error message should be displayed
