Agent2 Oracle plugin leaves many open Oracle sessions / ORA-12516

      After upgrading zabbix_agent2 from 7.0.15 -> 7.0.18, the Oracle plugin opens many sessions that remain active/idle on the DB; DB reports ORA-12516 and ORA-01013. Reverting to 7.0.15 removes the issue. 

      7.0.15 -> 7.0.18 changes introduced connection-handling and query fixes (KeepAlive exists, other commits changed ResolveTNS/TNS handling). Maybe session lifecycle is not being closed or pooling semantics changed?
