No Zabbix 7 repo for Oracle Linux 10

      This is not an issue within Zabbix but an issue deploying it.  I observed that other Enterprise Linux 10 distros have updated repos for version 10, but the Oracle Linux repo path doesn't exist.  See:

      Note: I'm reporting this here because that's literally what it says to do on the repo page.
