Steps to reproduce:

1. Create nested host group. (eg: Top, Top/Device, Top/Device/A, Top/Device/B). In this case, Top and Top/Device have no hosts in group.
2. Navigate to Monitoring>Latest Data
3. Filter by Top or Top/Device
4. Observe that the quick filters do not display all devices in Top/Device/A and Top/Device/B
5. Selecting a device that is not show in the Host filter while leaving the filter for Host Group Top shows latest data.
