2. {$HEALTH_WARN_STATUS}" set to "4" at template level
3. Trigger action to immediately send alert

Result:

{EVENT.OPDATA} replaced by "ok (3)" in notification

Expected:

{EVENT.OPDATA} replaced by "nonCritical (4)" in notification
