In Latest data, User type users can "Execute now" items via the item menu only if the Invoke "Execute now" on read-only hosts action is enabled for their role — even when they have read-write permission to the host.

• Create a user role with 'Invoke "Execute now" on read-only hosts' unchecked.
• Create a user group with RW access to Zabbix servers group.
• Assign to and login as user.
• Click on a Zabbix server's item in Latest data

Result: Execute now option is disabled.
Expected: Action enabled, since user has RW access to this host/item, the checkbox override should not impact this.
