Create one or more services with a parent service. 

When go to Services > Services, I see only 1 service, the parent service. 

However, when pressed “Apply”, parent service can be see along with child services. 

When I press “Reset”, I get the original view with the parent service visible.

Clicking on "apply" also reveals additional "parent services" column on far left.
