Templates Oracle by Zabbix agent 2 and MSSQL by Zabbix agent 2 cause Zabbix Agent 2 service to crash starting from version 7.0.18 on Windows server 2019 and 2022.

When template are not linked, service does not crash. With the linked Oracle or MSSQL templates or both on agent versions 7.0.10 and 7.0.15, Zabbix Agent 2 service does not crash.

Crashes happen only on agent version 7.0.18. Zabbix server and proxies have been updated to the version 7.0.18.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Zabbix Agent 2, version 7.0.18
2. Install Zabbix Agent 2 Plugins version 7.0.18
3. In Zabbix UI link Oracle or MSSQL Template to host
4. Start Zabbix Agent 2 service

Result:
When Oracle or MSSQL template is linked Zabbix Agent 2 service crashes, zabbix_agent2.log does not display any error, the error can be only visible when zabbix_agent2.exe is started from Command Prompt in elevated mode.

Expected:
Continuously working Zabbix Agent 2 service and latest data entries filled up for the host.
