Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Data Collection -> Hosts,
2. Click Zabbix server, then move to the macros tab, open inherited macro list,
3. Click on template link,
4. Accept alert message, you should see template configuration form,
5. Click on 'Clone' button and cancel alert message.

Result: The template form goes into an infinite loading state.

Expected: After cancelling the alert, the user should either remain on the template edit form, or no alert should be shown at all when pressing the Clone button.
