MS Teams Workflow webhook improvement

      Not a problem, just suggestion to improvement.

      Webhook https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/repos/zabbix/browse/templates/media/msteams-workflow could be improvet by changing parameter teams_endpoint to macro {ALERT.SENDTO} and URL is set in 'Send to' at user media.

      In case when multiple Teams/Channels is used , no need to create separate media type with own URL  - just one media type could be used.
