Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.zabbix.com/download?zabbix=6.0&os_distribution=raspberry_pi_os&os_version=12&components=agent&db=&ws=
2. Grab the wget link https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/6.0/raspbian/pool/main/z/zabbix-release/
3. Change the version in URL to 6.4 https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/6.4/raspbian/pool/main/z/zabbix-release/
4. There is no zabbix-release_latest+debian12_all.deb

Result:
Yo couldn't install zabbix agent 6.4 on raspbian 12. The deb package for 11 has incompatible dependencies. The 6.0 version has unfixed Zabbix Agent Active check.
Expected:
I believe that if I have the 6.4 version of the agent, then it will fix the availability check in the Problems view on the server.
