Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable frontend notifications for the user. (Go to User settings → Notifications → Frontend notifications.)
2. Generate a problem for a trigger.
3. When the problem message appears on the frontend, navigate to the Event page.
4. Close the popup window and try to expand the Actions section.

Result: An unexpected error message "Field 'ids' is mandatory." appears.

Expected: The user can open the Actions list on the frontend without any errors.
