Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to Alerts -> Media types -> OAuth tokens -> Configure
- Click Remove button in Authorization parameters or Token parameters
- Remove button becomes disabled and input fields Name and Value are not removed.

Expected:
Input fields and Remove buttons should be removed same as they do in other forms.
