When hovering over data points in certain dashboard widgets (e.g., Scatter plot, Graph), the tooltip may appear behind the sidebar menu if the data point is located near the left edge of the widget. This issue becomes more noticeable when the tooltip contains long text. As a result, part of the tooltip is hidden behind the sidebar, making it unreadable.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a dashboard containing a Scatter plot or Graph widget.
2. Move the cursor to a data point located close to the left edge of the widget.
3. Hover over the point so that the tooltip opens on the left side of the cursor.
4. Observe the tooltip position relative to the sidebar.

Result: The tooltip is displayed behind the sidebar menu, making its content unreadable.

Expected: The tooltip should always remain fully visible within the widget area and not be obscured by the sidebar.  Open the tooltip on the right side of the cursor when there is not enough space on the left.
