      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Creating a chart with 95th percentile.  

      Result:

      2.  Query all the data of this item in the database and calculate the 95th percentile.

      3. 31590*5/100=1579.5

      4.  The value shown on the chart ranks 712th

      Expected:
      I hope the source of the chart data can be provided, or I hope they are the same.
