The "Edit tree element" pop-up expands to an incorrect width.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Dashboards and add new Map navigation tree widget.
2. Click the “+” button on that widget.

Result:
The “Edit tree element” dialog appears over-expanded.

Expected:
The pop-up should maintain its normal size and layout, as in the screenshot:
