Steps to reproduce:
Configure MS Teams Workflow: add teams_endpoint and run test.
The message will come to the Teams channel but on zabbix side you will see the error

Configure trigger and make it fire. The messages will come to the teams channel but from zabbix side it will be marked as failure:

Zabbix demonstrate no error when message to teams comes.
