LLD worker 100% CPU on host update

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Add a discovery rule that discovers many hosts (e.g. 100K)
      2. Run the rule
      3. Observe that hosts created w/o problems
      4. Change the data for the rule so 1000 hosts are lost and 1000 new added
      5. Re-run the rule

      Result:
      LLD worker uses 100% CPU for the next 30 minutes.
      Expected:
      LLD worker completes processing in a reasonable time.
