Maintenance filter in frontend not work properly for many Maintenance periods

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Move to Data collections -> Maintenance
      2. Create about 10 Active maintenance periods.
      3. Create more than 1000 non active maintenances
      an python script example: main.py
      4. try filter out maintenances for Active state
      5. try to change ASC/DESC orders in Active since field

      Result:
      State Active is ignored in SQL request. Frontend requests maintenances with any state. Then in frontend it filters by the state. As result if maintenances with active state not get in the 1000 lines SQL limit it not seen on frontend. On the picture are seen ASC/DESC orders in Active since:
