Steps to reproduce:{}

1. Create a UserParameter with a powershell script ( We are trying to monitor touchscreen and printer status and collect some system data, most of the time we see this problem in a printer script )
2. Some UserParameter items work just fine, and some seem to work ( no "unsupported" errors or anything like that ) and some are empty, with no data in them

Result:
We get an item that works perfectly fine on one machine but sends no data on another. They've got the same server without proxies or encryption, machines got similar specs and identical configs for agent, spare the hostname. Yet, on "dev-ops" host we get no data and on q-systems host everything works just fine

There is no errors in the logs even with DebugLevel = 4 enabled, but dev-ops host sometimes falls into the timeout error on the server, most of the time it works fine

Config for both of them is almost default

These are the only changed values. I tried to increase timeout for scripts execution in server configuration, but it didn't really changed anything
i've attached the scripts ( one of printer ones is adapted for win 7 )
