Improve scalability and performance by not calculating hash for uint64

      All of the Zabbix server and Zabbix proxy can be much faster and scalable if time is not spent under locks calculating hashes for uint64 numbers when we already know they are unique.
      This is especially important for much faster configuration sync and much faster history sync to allow millions NVPS.
