Agent2 with MsSQL plugin crashing if username macro is empty

      Agent2 with MsSQL plugin crashing if username macro is empty.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Have a host with "MSSQL by Zabbix agent 2" template attached
      2. Fill 'URI', 'PASSWORD' macros and 'USER' macro leave blank
      3. Start server
      4. Start agent2
      5. Go to host 'Items' and select all items on the page
      6. Press 'Execute now' button

      Result:

      panic: Plugin exited unexpectedly: exit status 2.
