Steps to reproduce:

• Create host with item and trigger that contain 3 tags
• Trigger the problem event
• Go to "Global view" dashboard
• Find "Current problems" widget and click on duration time
• Check overlay dialog

Result: Missing gap between tag badges.

Expected: There should be gap between tag badges.

Note: the problem appears also in other widgets where such popup can be opened.
