Steps to reproduce:

1. Have Zabbix server running 7.0.21.
2. Have a Dependent Item that is given the Preprocessing step of "Simple Change".
3. Update to version 7.0.22 and restart the server.

Result:

Some (but not all?) Simple Change items stop working.

item "c-wm-001:water_consumed" became not supported: Preprocessing failed for:
1. Failed: cannot calculate delta (simple change) for value of type "none": cannot convert value to numeric type

Rolling back to the previous version caused the item in question to become supported again.
