Steps to reproduce:

• Find any discovered graph or graph that has parent reference
• Open graph configuration form
• Click on "Percentile line (left)" and "Percentile line (right)"

Result: input fields appear when click on labels that are related to disabled checkboxes.

Expected: input fields shouldn't appear on label click when related checkbox is disabled.
