Hi Team,

I am working SNMPTRAP  monitoring for fortinet devices.

I have created a below Items to collect data by using OID values from the fortinet device.

With these 2 item I have created a below trigger with Problem Expression and Recovery Expression.

When test this event, Problem event generating successfully  but if issue the clear event able to collect the data but problem is not getting resolve in zabbix.

Could you pleae help me what's wrong in my trigger configuration.
