Based on the checks performed, I was able to reproduce the issue under the following conditions:
Zabbix 7.0.13 – Ubuntu 22.04: no issues observed
Zabbix 7.0.18 – Ubuntu 22.04: issue observed
Zabbix 7.0.19 – Ubuntu 22.04: issue observed
Zabbix 7.0.22 – Ubuntu 22.04: issue observed
Zabbix 7.4.5 – Ubuntu 22.04: no issues observed
Zabbix 7.0.6 – Rocky Linux 9: no issues observed
Zabbix 7.0.19 – Rocky Linux 9: no issues observed
