When an adminstirator with restricted read-write permissions to services tries to update a service he gets an unexpected error. Detailed error and steps to reproduce:

• Create user role of type “Admin”, set “Read-write access to services” to “Service list” and “Read-write access to services with tag” to some tag with no value (I haven’t testet it with a value set)
• Create 2 services with the service tag configured in the previous step
• Switch to a user with the newly created user role
• Edit one of the previously created services (for example change description)
• Try to save:
  • Expected behaviour: no error
  • Observed behaviour: Erorr that “read-write access to the service must be retained”, even though no tags have been changed, also observe, that the service mentioned in the error message is not the one you’re trying to edit.
• Further observation:
  • The user is able to create new services which contain service tags to which he has read-write access (expected)
  • THe user is able to delete these services (expected)
