Value arc color setting on gauge dashboard widget doesn't appear to work

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Add Gauge widget to dashboard
      2. Changing the default color for 'Value arc' from 'D' to a color has no effect after saving and observing the updated dashboard.
      3. Changing default color value of 'Arc background' and 'Background' both seem to work.
