1. Navigate to trigger list and observe that default "State" value is "All" and "Status" value is also "All";
2. change "State" to either "Normal" or "Unknown";
3. press "Apply";

Result:
"Status" radio buttons are now enabled. Changing their values further and pressing "Apply" again has no effect on results.

Expected:
The radio button should remain disabled when "State" is set to "Normal" or "Unknown".
