Zabbix agent installation on Windows (MSI) allows selecting an installation directory, but does not set secure ACLs.

It is expected that when a custom directory is selected (not Program Files), the installation package would set the typical ACLs:
      SYSTEM - Full control
      Administrators - Full control
      Users - Read & Execute

It seems that for the existing directories (when selecting a directory that already exists), we shouldn't change permissions, yet it would be nice to have a warning/prompt for that.
