The hintbox opens under the main menu

      The hintbox opens under the main menu when the Edit Widget pop-up is moved over it.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Open dashboards and create a new widget (Geomap);
      2. Move the Edit Widget pop-up over the main menu;
      3. Press on the icon near "Initial view".

      Result:
      The hintbox opens under the main menu.

      Expected:
      The hintbox should be fully visible.
