Description:

"Change type" popup appears at the top or at the bottom of the field

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to "Administration" -> "Macros"
2. Enter long multiline value for "Value" filed
3. Click at the "Change type" button next to "Value" field

Result:
Popup appears at the top or at the bottom of the field

Expected:
It would be more convenient if popup appears at the top of the "Value" field
