      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Acking an alert an email notification is sent.
      2. The dashboard shows the username
      3. the email notifcation shows  Inaccessible user

      User is a superadmin

      Zabbix version 6.4.8

      Result:

       

      Dashboard shows username

       

      Expected:
      Should see username in email notifcation when a problem is updated.
