Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a user role with the name field filled with maximum amount of characters, save
2. Observe the user role list table

Expected result:
Table fills out whole screen without a horizontal scroll bar

Actual result:
Table is broken and you need to utilize horizontal scroll to see values of rightmost columns

Issue is only present on the master branch.
