Affected forms: it seems that this error appears on all modal forms.

Precondition: if your env is too fast use browser 3G data throttling

Steps to reproduce:

• Open any modal form
• Click on update/add and cancel/escape buttons

Result:

Expected: no js errors. I guess update action should be canceled on this step, or cancel button should be ignored/blocked. Need to be discussed.
