Description:

A user saves data in "Geographical maps" with the tile provider set to "Other". When the user switches to another tile provider and then switches back, the previously saved data is not displayed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to "Administration" -> "General" -> "Geographical maps"
2. Choose "Tile provider": "Other"
3. Input data for all mandatory fields
4. Click "Update"
5. Choose "Tile provider": any option
6. Choose "Tile provider": "Other"

Result:
Previously saved settings are not displayed

Expected:
It would be convenient to show previously saved settings
