Regression: Unable to deselect checkbox Acknowledge/Unacknowledge and submit form in problem update window

      1. Create host, item, trigger and generate a problem;
      2. open problem update form, type a comment and select "Acknowledge" checkbox;
      3. now deselect the checkbox leaving only comment and press "Update".

      Result: error message appears at the bottom: "This value is not a valid integer."
      Expected: form submits without errors.

      Caused by: ZBXNEXT-9728
