How to reproduce:

default server, default settings, default template

1) Install the latest Zabbix server. We mostly used docker trunk images.

2) Create a host for Azure. Fill needed credentials.

3) The host will discover virtual machines and create corresponding hosts.

4) Corresponding templates are not assigned to discovered hosts.

Expected behavior:

Corresponding templates should be assigned as it configured in discovery rule by default.

Notes:

• Issue does not appear in Aplpa2
• Issue was confirmed in 3 out of 4 cases on different machines/environments
• Issue was not confirmed with simple/quick syntetic experimant
• Issue wasn't tested on with other templates with discoverable hosts. Only Azure was tested.
