Affected places: hosts and templates, their items and triggers

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open host triggers list
2. In filter change any radio list filter values, e.g. select status "Disabled" (instead of the default "All")
3. Click apply
4. Observe list is filtered correctly, only disabled triggers are shown
5. In browser click the button Back
6. Observe the filter and filtered list

Result: the selected radio list button is not changed back to "All" and remains in "Disabled" until page is reloaded. The action Back diod work on the list - it is filtered as before (triggers with all statuses are shown)
