Affected places: discovery rules and web scenario list for both hosts and templates

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a host, navigate to its discovery rules, select a discovery rule
2. Perform any action from the list actions that reloads the list (Enable, Disable, Delete)
3. Observe the filter and discovery rules list

Result: host is removed from the filter, the list contains all discovery rules. Same result is if filter contains any other values (Host gropups, Name etc.), they are all cleared
Expected: filter remains with previously entered values
