      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open Graph or Graph prototype form
      2. Choose Graph type: normal
      3. Click checkbox Percentile line (left) or Percentile line (right)

      Result:
      As input appears, form moves down 1px. graph_form_movement.mp4
      Expected:
      Form input fields are not moving.
