When trying to update problem via Trigger overview widget, error dialog appears instead of Update problem pop-up window, like on 7.0 and 7.4 branches

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create host, item, trigger and generate a problem
2. Go to Dashboards and add Trigger overview widget

You should see host triggers as a table of colored blocks

3. Click on a block and in pop-up menu select Actions->Update problem

Result:
Dialog is opened with error: Field "eventids" is mandatory.

Expected:
Dialog with problem update form should be opened.
