Tags added to a template are not properly inherited to its items. In the item configuration window it is shown but not in the item list or a host's latest values. Even worse filtering items by the tag value is not possible.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a template and add the tag "Template-Tag" with value "Test123" to it.
2. Create an item to the template. In the item configuration you will see the tag inherited from the template.
3. On the template's item overview no tag is shown for the item in the "Tags" column.
4. Filter the items by tag name and its value from step 1. No item is shown. The same happens on the latest data page of a host to which the item is attached.
