Inconsistent log format: Proxy state change message starts with an uppercase letter

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Start zabbix_server.
      2. Create new proxy from Zabbix frontend.
      3. Start zabbix_proxy.
      4. Make sure that proxy is active and connected to server.
      5. Check zabbix_server.log

      Result: The log message starts with an uppercase letter:

      48127:20260323:043838.614 Proxy "Zabbix proxy" changed state from unknown to online

      Expected: The log message should start with a lowercase letter for consistency:

      48127:20260323:043838.614 proxy "Zabbix proxy" changed state from unknown to online
