Incorrect link to documentation manual is opened for Administration -> General -> Other

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to: Administration -> General -> Other
2. At the upper right corner of the page click on 'Help' icon

Result:
Documentation manual opens https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/7.0/en/manual/web_interface/frontend_sections/administration/general#other-parameters link.

Expected:
Documentation manual should be opened on https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/7.0/en/manual/web_interface/frontend_sections/administration/general#other link. The 'Other' paragraph should be displayed instead of whole 'General' section.

Looks like issue appeared after documentation update, because for 6.0 link anchor like general#other-parameters works correct.
