Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Template guidelines
2. Click on "Name" heading right below "Items" on the navigation
3. End up on "Name" guidelines for the "Template" heading

Result:
This makes you end up on the first occurence of the "Name" heading, no matter which on you select.
As can be seen in the screenshot, there are six results for a link leading to "#name".

This possibly happens on all other pages containing duplicate header names.

Expected:
Each "Name" heading leads to it's own respective section.
