Clarify how SNMP dynamic indexes feature relate to asynchronous polling

      Documentation lacks som information about dynamic indexes implementation, in relation to asynchronous polling.

      1. If we use the dynamic indexes syntax in OID field, will Zabbix use asynchronous or synchronous pollers?
