      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Use systemctl stop zabbix-server to stop zabbix server 
      2. Wait half of hour
      Result:

      Continuously loop in the following log records:

      In zbx_ipc_service_recv() timeout:0.100

      End of zbx_ipc_service_recv():2
      Expected:
      The server can stop properly
