Setup with read-only database results in blank page

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Run zabbix setup with valid database, but have user with read-only permissions
      2. Configure DB connection with read only user: success
      3. Go to Pre-installation summary and check that data is correct
      4. Click Next step to apply configuration

      Result:
      Blank page is shown.

      If you uncomment to display PHP error, following error could become visible " 


      Expected:
      As 6.0 and 7.0 error is displayed:
